For local Redis, you can use Upstash Redis (free tier). Set UPSTASH_REDIS_REST_URL and UPSTASH_REDIS_REST_TOKEN in your .env.local. If you just want to see the admin panel, you can skip Redis entirely — it falls back to mock data.
